1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

• Local Shipping: Standard shipping for local orders is typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the shipment date. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• International Shipping: Standard international shipping is typically delivered within 7–14 business days from the shipment date. Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.

2. Order Processing and Shipment

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

We strive to process orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices shown exclude taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by your country. Please contact your local customs office for details.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.
